Infiniti Coach Training (ICT) is an International Coach Federation (ICF) approved training program that trains and certifies coaches. Our graduates work with individuals through change or transition, managers, up-and-coming-talent, professionals in career transition, and entrepreneurs in dynamic companies. Our boutique program is committed to providing highly personalized, ongoing one-on-one support to participants. About me
It all started with a question on the train! I had been in the same job for 20 years and was a devoted wife and mother, taking care of everyone around me, oblivious to my own needs and potential. A young, perceptive colleague turned to me and asked, “Chaya, are you happy? What would you have to do to create the life you really want to lead?” Those questions were a massive catalyst to a whole new direction in life: my career in coaching since 2006, and training coaches since 2008.
With every new step I took, synchronicity told me I was on the right path. Today, I am passionate about CATALYSING change and supporting TRANSFORMATION for individuals, executives, leaders and coaches. I bring years of experience in corporate and non-profit America and a unique blend of practical, neuroscientific, emotional and spiritual tools to support your journey.
Today, I’m living a life I can be proud of. I work as Senior Manager, People and Client Relationships for global crowdfunding sensation Charidy, I run Infini Coaching, a successful coaching and training business I’m excited to wake up to every day. I devote time to Chabad of Moldova, a cause close to my heart. I’m grateful every day for the impact I get to have on my precious family and community - and for their impact on me.
My Team
Infiniti Coaching and Training brings in master trainers and coaches to present specific course topics throughout the curriculum. We highly value the strengths of each team-member and draw from a select network of dynamic and effective certified coaches. Depending on your needs, we partner with the coaches who bring the relevant experience and chemistry.
JAY MCNAUGHT
Jay has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Indiana University. He has an MBA and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and an ICF Coaching Certification from Columbia University. He is the Senior Consultant for Organizational Development at MacAllister Machinery, Inc and has a rich background in leadership development, performance management and talent development in both the corporate and academic worlds.
DR. MINDY GEWIRTZ
Dr. Mindy is a MCC certified executive coach, author and entrepreneur. She is Adjunct Faculty at Lewis University and Faculty and Honorary Director at Potential Genesis, Chennai India. Mindy currently teaches Coaching Methodologies in the Organizational Leadership Masters program, and her passion is coaching executives in leadership positions. Clients apply a systemic approach to integrating their purpose with impact in both their professional and personal lives. Executive coaching is often complemented by team coaching or leadership development workshops to amplify impact in the larger system. Working at the C-Suite level, we coach and consult in tech, government, nonprofits, and financial services.
